Marketing Consultant
Location: Eaglewood Village - Springfield, Ohio
Hours: Full time

• Through marketing initiatives, maintain an acceptable occupancy level
• Conduct tours of the facility for all potential new residents, and their family members
• Develop and implement a monthly marketing plan
• Conduct market research, competitor and resident surveys
• Develop, plan and implement social marketing functions

• Bachelor’s in marketing, business or a combination of education and  experience is required
• Minimum of 2 yrs experience in marketing or a leasing role, preferably in a senior community/nursing home is preferred
• Excellent customer service experience
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing nursing homes/senior housing communities is extremely helpful
